What you’ll do as an Contracts Office Supervisor
+ Leads, manages and trains direct reports
+ Acts as subject matter expert and decision maker as issues arise within the assigned work group
+ Oversees Customer Work Order receipt, system entry and assignment
+ Holds overall accountability of workload completion within given deadlines
+ Communicates directly and regularly with Department Director, Manager, Customer representatives, Senior Management and other internal and external stakeholders
+ Oversees documentation of essential records within Company system(s) of record to ensure completeness and accuracy
+ Collects, analyzes and reports key performance indicators (KPI) relevant to monitoring and managing the volume, quality and profitability of the work group, ensuring all Company and Customer needs and expectations are met
+ Performs production duties of the assigned work group
+ Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
+ Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years of related work experience, or combination of education and experience is required
+ Effective, respectful and professional written and verbal communication
+ Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee development and engagement
+ Problem solver and critical thinker
+ Strong customer service focus with commitment to timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
+ Team oriented, keeping organizational success at the forefront
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance
+ Proficient use of computer hardware, database and internet software is required. Familiarity with Google-based applications such as Gmail, Google Docs and Sheets is strongly preferred
+ Prior experience with SAP ERP and CRM solutions preferred
+ General understanding of financial practices and principles

+ Occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
Pay Range: $65K - $75K
