We are hiring for a **_Director Cloud & Partnerships North America_** to join our team, to manage our Go-To-Market activities with our partners and handle the relationship on a regional level.

An important part of the role is to ensure strong alignment with the different Celonis Sales teams and regional priorities.

The work you’ll do:

+ Act as first point of contact for Celonis and Partner teams in North America

+ Define a holistic GTM plan, manage joint pipeline and related day-to-day activities with our cloud partners

+ Work with account teams to identify joint opportunities and ensure progress.

+ Activate and enable partner sales teams and leadership teams based on joint value proposition and product integrations.

+ Manage and maintain joint pipeline in partner and Celonis CRMs.

+ Facilitate and support on Marketplace transactions.

+ Actively participate in defining and building out our global Cloud GTM.

The qualifications you need:

+ Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.

+ The ability to excite others and build strong relationships.

+ Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and grow our partnerships.

+ Strong sales mindset and you are Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial.

+ Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is a preference

+ Ideally a strong network within Microsoft and AWS.

+ Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English (Native level).
