    Introduction

    As part of our Financial Services Adobe Practice, you’ll work with the world’s leading banks, insurers, and wealth managers to reimagine how marketing, content, and customer experiences are delivered. You’ll harness the full power of Generative AI, data, and automation to accelerate content creation, personalize customer journeys at scale, and radically simplify complex marketing operations. Backed by IBM’s award-winning Adobe partnership and industry-leading AI expertise, you’ll be at the forefront of driving real business impact — and shaping the future of digital experiences across financial services.

     

    This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

     

    *

     

    10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.

     

    *

     

    8+ years leading Adobe technical solutions, including Experience Cloud, AEM, Workfront, AJO, CJA, and Adobe Experience Platform.

     

    *

     

    Adobe Certified Master certifications: AEM Architect, Adobe Campaign Classic Architect, and Adobe Target Architect (or ability to obtain).

     

    *

     

    Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager development (templates, components, workflows) and integration best practices.

     

    *

     

    Proven success architecting Adobe solutions within complex enterprise environments.

     

    *

     

    Strong experience leading Agile software development teams through the full lifecycle.

     

    *

     

    Proficiency in data migration strategies, data governance frameworks, and ensuring platform security and compliance.

     

    *

     

    Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, including leading code and design reviews.

     

    *

     

    Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

     

    *

     

    Solid understanding of financial services industry needs and regulatory landscape.

     

    Preferred technical and professional experience

     

    *

     

    Experience integrating Adobe Experience Platform with financial services data ecosystems (e.g., CRM, CDP, core banking systems).

     

    *

     

    Familiarity with personalization strategies, omnichannel customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation best practices.

     

    *

    Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform Architect certification
