Your role and responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions aligned to business objectives.
* Own the end-to-end technical solution, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
* Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary technical teams, performing code and design reviews to uphold delivery excellence.
* Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Agentforce-specific features.
* Guide clients in defining their Salesforce strategic roadmap, data architecture, and integration strategies with systems such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
* Participate in Agile delivery, leading architecture and technical design sessions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming activities.
* Oversee data migration strategies, governance practices, and ensure robust platform security, compliance, and performance.
* Engage with client executives and business stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance, articulating the business value of proposed solutions, and influencing decision-making.
Required technical and professional expertise
* 10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
* 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce technical leadership experience.
* 5+ years leading Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.
* Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, System Architect, and Data Cloud (or ability to obtain).
* Expertise across Salesforce core clouds (FSC, Sales, Service) and emerging technologies (Data Cloud, Agentforce).
* Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns.
* Demonstrated experience with enterprise integration solutions such as MuleSoft.
* Proven ability to lead Agile delivery teams and drive iterative solution development.
* Deep knowledge of data migration, governance best practices, and platform security principles.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of banking, insurance, and wealth/asset management industry domains.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or on the CTA journey.
* Experience designing Salesforce solutions integrated with external platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
* Experience designing and implementing Agentforce solutions for enhanced service workflows and agent enablement.
* Previous experience with Financial Services compliance and regulatory environments.
* Background in broader customer data strategy, personalization, and experience transformation initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
