    Introduction

     

    We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Contingent Labor and FieldGlass Program Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of our contingent workforce and services procurement program. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor engagements through SAP FieldGlass and IBM's current tool -CSA.

    Your role and responsibilities

    • Lead a dynamic global Contingent Labor program to support the needs of IBM and its clients

    • Lead project team in global deployment/roll-out of FG; deployed by country, in waves

    • Provide global management of ongoing contingent labor (FG/CSA) operations and supervise a matrixed team of buyers in multiple geos

    • Ensure alignment with FG/CSA process stakeholders across the globe for ongoing process/tool maintenance (CIO, Tax, Accounts Payable, HR, Legal, Policies & Practices, local sourcing teams)

    • Provide ongoing feedback to Data team to ensure EPM reporting tools are accurate and provide user groups (Procurement, WFM, HR, Tax, etc.) with required data output

    • Analyze FG/CSA metrics on ongoing basis; identify corrective actions, as needed

    • Identify and implement process improvements in FG and CSA

    • Partner with Geo/Market sourcing teams to understand changing market conditions

    o Identify and coordinate vetting of potential new contingent labor suppliers

    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure program is aligned to meet demand requirements

    o Understand dynamic landscape and evolving needs; ensure CSA/FG and suppliers are aligned to support requirements

    • Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, FInance, Business Administration, or related field

    * Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with 5 years or more managing SAP FieldGlass contingent staffing programs and implementation

    * Proven track record of driving business growth, improving supplier performance, and designing optimal vendor offerings for contingent staffing for technical and non-technical requirements

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    * Experience with contract management and negotiation

    * Successful field glass implementation in Japan.
