    FHN Financial Capital Markets is an institutional broker-dealer headquartered in Memphis Tennessee with over 400 employees. This position would work directly with banks and credit unions that utilize FHN Financials’ Portfolio Accounting and Analytics web based platform. Analysts assist customers with monthly accounting reconciliation issues of investment portfolio, updating monthly trade activity and processing re-runs to update and/or correct the initial reports rendered. Analysts also train customers to navigate the website, perform online maintenance, access monthly management reports and run analytical reports. As part of the ongoing training for this position, analysts will learn about different types of institutional bond investments as well as gain familiarity with the financial reports of depository institutions. Some knowledge of accounting is required and any experience with bonds is a plus. The position also offers good opportunities of advancement within FHN Financial Capital Markets.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office

    + Good customer service and written/verbal communication skills.

    + Good computer skills with knowledge of email functions and Microsoft office.

    + The ability to maintain organization while multi-tasking

    + Ability to work independently without direct supervision while under pressure to meet deadlines
