    Opportunity:

    Prestige PEO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Salesforce platform within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) landscape. You will be instrumental in leveraging Salesforce to optimize our business processes, enhance our service delivery. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, deep understanding of PEO operations, and exceptional communication skills to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Salesforce platform, aligning it with overall business objectives and the specific needs of the PEO industry.

    + PEO Industry Expertise: Leverage a strong understanding of PEO business processes, including HR, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and client management, to identify opportunities for Salesforce optimization and innovation.

    + Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Client Services) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories and technical specifications.

    + Salesforce Platform Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and best practices. This includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially other relevant Salesforce modules and AppExchange solutions.

    + Technical Proficiency: Understand Salesforce architecture, including APIs, integrations, data models, security models, and sandbox environments. Be able to collaborate effectively with Salesforce developers and administrators.

    + Business Process Translation: Effectively translate complex business processes into streamlined and efficient Salesforce workflows and solutions.

    + Product Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment. Effectively communicate prioritization decisions to stakeholders.

    + Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.

    + Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, Salesforce updates, and competitor activities within the PEO space.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).

    + Minimum of [Insert Number] years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably focused on the Salesforce platform.

    + Demonstrable experience working within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry is required.

    + Strong understanding of core PEO business processes and challenges.

    + In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and best practices.

    + Understanding of Salesforce architecture, including APIs, integrations, data models, security models, and sandbox environments.

    + Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

    + Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience with Agile methodologies.

    + Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

     

    This role is HYBRID.  3 days in the office 2 days work from home.

     

    Salary range based on experience up to $130K
