Peri-operative services operate as a small yet fully self-sustaining surgical center, featuring **2 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 2 dedicated endoscopy suites** . This efficient setup supports a wide range of surgical procedures while fostering a close-knit, **highly collaborative team environment** .
SCHEDULE and HIGHLIGHTS:
+ Monday-Thursday schedule, with flexible Fridays
+ Smaller, collaborative team of under 40 employees
+ Regional support with other community hospitals and the larger Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA

SUMMARY:
As a Unit Nurse Manager, you'll be a driving force in our patient care mission by:

Requirements:
+ RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
+ BSN required

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
