    Join our dynamic and fast-paced team supporting the C360 application — a critical enabler for customer demographic data used across American Express to enable top programs in the company. As a Senior Agile Champion, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding high-performing teams in a scaled agile environment, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance adherence, and innovation across customer-centered journeys.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    + Lead Agile delivery for teams supporting the C360 application — a system of record for demographic data used across the company.

    + Champion collaboration across multiple lines of business and delivery trains to drive forward compliance-critical initiatives.

    + Build trust quickly with your team and partners by demonstrating strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and goal-oriented action.

    + Navigate the complexity of cross-train support by instilling transparency, accountability, and focused execution.

    + Champion continuous improvement not only within your teams but across the entire Agile Release Train.

    + Proactively identify and remove impediments that could delay value delivery or compliance landmarks.

    + Challenge the status quo with confidence — bring bold, thoughtful perspectives that improve how we operate and deliver.

    + Adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and compliance requirements while maintaining a calm, focused leadership presence.

    + Ensure that teams are delivering the right solutions the right way — even under pressure — with a strong focus on quality and organizational standards.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 5 years of experience as an Agile Champion or Agile delivery lead in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe or similar).

    + Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing Agile teams and deliver sophisticated initiatives on time.

    + Deep understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, and frameworks, including servant leadership and empirical process control.

    + Experience supporting enterprise platforms, ideally in customer data, CRM, or compliance-regulated systems.

    + Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across technical and business partners.

    + Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

    + Proven ability to manage team dynamics and foster psychological safety.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience working within or supporting a large Agile Release Train.

    + Exposure to organizational customer data systems or C360 platforms.

    + SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master).

    + Prior experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment.

    + Familiarity with Agile tooling such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

    + Background in mentoring teams on Agile standard methodologies and driving adoption.

    + Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
