Qualifications: SC RN license required. Master's Degree in Nursing required. Ten (10) years of progressive management experience with at least five (5) years experience at the director level in an acute hospital required . Certification in Nurse Executive Advanced required or ability to obtain within 24 months. Must have e xcellent written and verbal communication skills ; s trong organizational skills.
