We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT concepts and systems administration, and will demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications and PC imaging tools.

+ Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

+ Participate in system administration tasks across Windows OS environments.

+ Draft and maintain clear, concise technical documentation including procedures, investigations, and training materials.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues using a structured problem-solving approach.

+ Assist with internal audits, systems testing, and compliance initiatives as needed.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

+ Microsoft certification(s) or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)

+ Familiarity with application deployment tools and imaging

+ Experience with technical writing including investigations, procedures, and/or training

+ Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

+ Coursework and/or demonstrated familiarity with IT concepts such as system administration, coding, programming, Windows OS, PC configuration, networking

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
