IT Systems Analyst - ServiceNow
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** : To assist with review, analysis and documentation of requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist with the requirements gathering efforts for projects; works with other systems analysts and project manager throughout the project.
+ Works to identify and understand stakeholders; may initiate and/or facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate.
+ Works with project managers, project requestors, operations, business/systems representatives, IT representatives and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements.
+ May produce project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wire frames and other documentation as required using standard templates or work with a more senior level systems analyst.
+ Meets deadlines and manages work to timelines.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
+ Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's degree required, major in computer science field preferred.
+ Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements strongly preferred.
+ 1+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite
+ Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
+ Experience with additional process areas outside of ITSM a plus
+ ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
+ Ability to lead meetings, and conduct calls with stakeholders from all levels within the organization as a representative of the ServiceNow platform and team
+ Experience with Agile Methodology and working in a remote environment
+ Strong knowledge of third-partyadministration/claims management business and technology
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Analytical and interpretive skills

Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree requested; major in computer science field preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Experience in claims management processes and system requirements preferred.
