    Part-Time Small Office Coordinator

     

    _(Field Representative II – MS Onsite Technical Support)_

    Part-Time | 12 Hours per Week

    **Days:** Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

    **Hours:** 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

    Position Profile

    This position is accountable for the daily operations of a small office. The role includes performing contracted office services such as landlord coordination, facilities walk-throughs, housekeeping inspections, mail and stationery management, and light troubleshooting of AV, voice, and network systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations in a small office environment

    + Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure the space is well maintained

    + Submit and follow up on work orders for facility-related issues

    + Maintain inventory and order specific supplies using the customer’s procurement system

    + Troubleshoot onsite AV conference room equipment and escalate issues as needed

    + Identify issues with voice and network services and notify appropriate support teams

    + Operate required equipment/software effectively to meet service levels

    + Liaise with facility management, vendors, and office occupants as necessary

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + 1–2 years of related work experience preferred

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

    + Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

    + Proficient in MS Office Suite

    + Professional presence and customer service skills required
