    MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced **Project Superintendent** in the **Dallas, TX area** to support our fast-growing **Security** division.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    + Assisting with building project schedules.

    + Managing on-site quality to ensure that project standards are met.

    + Overseeing on-site resources, including subcontractors.

    + Identifying and escalating project issues promptly.

    + Identifying and obtaining change orders as necessary.

    + Assisting with technical installation, programming, and troubleshooting.

    + Providing regular status updates to the Project Manager.

    + Interfacing on-site with General Contractors, other vendors, and stakeholders.

    + Acting as the on-site safety manager to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

    + Managing on-site inventory.

    + Serving as a liaison between the Project Manager and the technical team.

    + Marking up engineering documents for clarity and accuracy.

    + Managing equipment matrix and commissioning documents.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

    + 5+ years of experience in project supervision, preferably within the security or technology sector.

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams and resources.

    + Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

    YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

    Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
