Role Purpose
Provides supervision, leadership and guidance in all matters concerning the Breast Imaging and Breast Health Outreach Programs.
Responsibilities
+ Ensures seamless operation of the Breast Imaging Program by collaborating with multiple workgroups to develop and adjust workflow patterns and schedules to ensure the daily operation of the Breast Imaging Program.
+ Assists in the development, implementation and long-term management of mammography reporting system.
+ Coordinates details of screening events, including mailings, flyers, communication with contacts to ensure successful event.
+ Accompanies the mammography van on visits regularly to assess effectiveness of programs and evaluate community needs.
+ Supports and develops successful partnerships and relationships to ensure Outreach Program's success across diverse parts of the community.
+ Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
Minimum Requirements
Education
+ Associate's Degree - Radiology
