The IHG Reservation and Customer Care channel plays a major role in IHG's success. Your role will be to build and share insights to help the channel optimize business performance while ensuring our customer needs are met. Your ability to understand data and turn it into an actionable narrative will play a key function for the performance of this billion-dollar channel. You will partner often with business leads to help them understand what can be done to drive the business forward.
Your day to day
+ Lead insights and analysis for major Reservations & Customer Care programs
+ Drive performance insights to discover growth and optimization opportunities
+ Partner with business team to design and measure experiments
+ Build models to forecast outcomes across different KPIs
+ Partner with contact center team to set and monitor major KPI targets
+ Present and contextualize analytics findings, making recommendations for optimizing revenue, cost, and operational performance
+ Adhoc analysis based on business need
What we need from you
+ Experience in presenting findings and observations to senior leadership level audience. Capable of simplifying complex data into a simple actionable message. Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to contextualize findings.
+ Experience with querying large data sets using basic SQL and experience in developing and handling basic visualizations like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
+ Ability to transform business requirements into technical requirements fulfilled via partnership with the data strategy team.
+ Travel & Hospitality and Contact Center analytics experience preferred but not required
+ Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Statistics, Mathematics , Operations Research, Marketing or other related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
+ 5+ years progressive work related experience working within an analytics team and with relational decision-support databases and analytical consulting
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $130,000 . This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
