    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and haul trucks safely and efficiently

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

    + Load and transport materials to designated areas within the site

    + Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents

    + Support plant operations and assist with general labor tasks as needed

    + Proven ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner

    + Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to a safe work environment

    + Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a team-oriented setting

    + Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditions

    + Reliable, punctual, and self-directed with a strong work ethic

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
