Summary

The Employment Process Clerk assists with the Human Resources transactional process for employee and applicants within the Milford Plant. Serves as a point of contact for applicants, associates, supervisors and managers

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Provide administrative assistance to both associates and applicants

+ Assists with Human Resource office management -- maintains updated office documents and supplies.

+ Assists with correspondence to candidates and assists with new hire orientation scheduling

+ Greets and assists visitors and callers referring them to sources of information, distributing appropriate forms and explaining procedures.

+ Works independently with minimum supervision.

+ Other duties as required.

Minimum Education

+ AA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. In the absence of a degree, work experience may be considered.

+ AA degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements

+ 2 - 4 years experience.

+ Knowledge and experience with HRIS.

+ Requires prior experience using HR/Payroll database systems.

+ Proven success in handling administrative responsibilities.

+ Demonstrated ability for accuracy, meeting deadlines, experience in multi-tasking and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Experience Preferred

+ Fluency in Spanish and/or Creole
