    Responsibilities

    As a Talent Advisor Manager for our Baltimore, Maryland (MD) ministry, you will manage recruitment operations to deliver the placement of associates in a timely manner utilizing cost effective methods. Please note the Talent Advisor Manager will be required to go onsite to our Baltimore, MD facility at least a couple times a month. Applicants must reside within the Baltimore, MD area.

    Responsibilities:

    + Streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures.

    + Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.

    + Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.

    + Monitor organizational structure and budget management.

    + Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges.

    + Ensure that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

    Additional Preferences

    + Bachelors degree

    + 1+ year leadership experience (with direct reports)

    + Healthcare or agency recruitment experience

    + Outstanding relationship building skills, highly organized & tech savvy
