Job Description

A client in the utilities industry is seeking a GIS Technician to join their team in Downtown Houston. This individual will be joining a team of 6 and will be involved in various projects relating to GIS, data management, and contracting companies. The GIS Technician will assist with digitizing projects, correcting errors when needed, and utilizing ArcGIS to ensure all documentation is accurate. This role is on site, working a hybrid schedule.

Skills and Requirements

1-4 years of GIS technician experience

HS Diploma

Experience working with ArcGIS

Quick learner, problem solver, and eager to learn ArcGIS Pro experience

Previous experience in utilities or oil and gas industry null
