Job Description

An Oil and Gas employer is looking to hire a React Developer in Latin America to join their optimization group remotely. This person will be responsible for developing new software, upgrading, enhancing, and maintaining existing software that is used for optimization and automation of equipment used in the field. The team provides the architecture and platforms for core infrastructure equipment operations. The end users of these applications are usually O&G field engineers and higher level executives that are needing visibility on oil and gas production data. On a day to day basis, this person will be communicating with data and software development teams to drive these applications through production, and will be responsible for delivering UI solutions using React and Typescript.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of experience as a software engineer

5+ years of experience with React (React 18 preferred)

Strong experience with Typescript

Experience with Express servers

Experience with Node.js Experience in the O&G industry null
