    Our client, a leader in property management, is seeking a Facility Technician to join their team. As a Facility Technician, you will be part of the property management team supporting various properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facility Technician

    **Location:** Pleasanton, CA

    **Pay Range:** $28-$35 per hour with opportunity for discretionary bonus

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform scheduled and unscheduled general repairs, installation, and maintenance to ensure continuous and safe operation of commercial properties.

    + Conduct painting, light carpentry, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

    + Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and water distribution.

    + Interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and contractors while responding to work requests and emergencies.

    + Assist with exterior grounds activities, including landscaping and parking lot maintenance.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2+ years of facilities support or related experience; trade school experience preferred.

    + Knowledge and experience performing basic and intermediate repairs.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Yardi Work Order System proficiency preferred.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional appearance.

    + Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with employer-required insurance coverage.
