Our client, an industry leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Welder

**Location:** Big Run, PA

**Pay Range:** Starting Pay Rate: $18-20+ DOE

What's the Job?

+ Work from specifications and drawings to assemble or repair pieces of metal on a case-by-case basis.

+ Primarily perform MIG and inter-shield welding tasks.

+ Acquire and maintain necessary certifications, with the expectation to be certified within one year of starting.

+ Work a mandatory 8-hour day, with opportunities to work 10-hour days for additional overtime.

+ Participate in pre-employment screenings, including a 7-year background check and a 6-panel oral drug screen.

+ No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

+ Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

+ Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications.
