Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Summer Production Worker to join their team. As a Summer Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Summer Production Worker

**Location:** Birchwood, WI

**Pay Range:** $19/hr

What's the Job?

+ Set up, adjust, and operate machinery within a work cell.

+ Read process documentation to determine specifications and processing steps.

+ Perform quality checks and maintain production records.

+ Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.

+ Follow safety rules and procedures while performing housekeeping duties.

What's Needed?

+ Experience operating machinery and knowledge of materials and products.

+ Ability to read and write in English and understand a tape measure.

+ Capability to perform minor preventative maintenance on equipment.

+ Strong organizational skills to gather materials for assembly.

+ Willingness to work safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
