Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a senior-level OCM Lead who will design the frameworks, toolkits, and operating rhythms that regional change partners can adopt to transform how our client's global commercial organization delivers value through a product operating model. You will partner with our product trios (Product Manager + Tech Lead + UX Lead) to drive consistent, high-impact communication, stakeholder alignment, and behavior change on Salesforce and adjacent platforms. Your north star is repeatability and scale: creating playbooks, templates, and KPIs that make change everyones jobnot just yours. You will be responsible for building the global OCM framework, governance and operating rhythm, communication architecture, content marketing and evangelization, competency uplift and coaching, and insights and diagnostics. This candidate will be compensated at a rate beginning at $75/HR.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years leading enterprise-level OCM or large-scale transformation programs
Demonstrated success standing up OCM competency centers or frameworks that others execute
Background in content marketing / audience segmentation
Proven global scope: cultural agility, multi-language communications, cross-time-zone teams
Track record of working with product-centric or agile organizations (preferred: Salesforce ecosystem)
Familiarity with agriculture, food, or farming value chains highly desirable
Change-management certification (Prosci, ACMP, Lean Change, etc.) welcomed but not mandatorymethodology agnostic; you bring what works null
