    Our client, a leader in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Device Specialist to join their team. As a Supply Chain Device Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Supply Chain Device Specialist

    **Location:** Valencia, CA

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Administers strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels and support organizational business objectives.

    + Collects data and prepares analyses forecasting demand or predicting inventory needs.

    + Collaborates with leadership on identifying and implementing efficiency or performance improvements.

    + Analyzes retailer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data to execute customer purchase orders.

    + Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + A four-year university degree or equivalent related work experience.

    + Supply planning or supply chain certifications (CPIM, APICS, etc.) preferred.

    + 2 - 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment in the consumer packaged goods industry.

    + Experience with Master Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, and Inventory Management preferred.

    + Competent knowledge of ERP functions including DRP/MRP data management and scheduling.
