**Pay Range :** $50/hr to $55/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a **“Product Manager** “ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Global Product Manager to support upstream marketing activities for the i-STAT systems portfolio (i-STAT 1 and i-STAT Alinity). This role involves assisting in strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful development, launch, and promotion of medical devices.
Top Skills:
+ Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services.
+ Assist in establishing marketing strategies for the i-STAT portfolio including advertising/promotions, pricing strategy, product development, tactical plan development, and execution.
+ Ability to manage & move projects on time
+ Manage bi weekly meeting, action items, help and assist with campaigns Marketing Collateral, think of initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and activities for specific products/projects/product lines to establish, enhance, or distinguish placement within the competitive arena. This includes tactics, tools, logistics, campaigns, basic messaging, and positioning.
+ Support the creation of business plans and product positioning strategies in the marketplace.
+ Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
+ Assist in establishing pricing strategies.
+ Support global marketing activities associated with i-STAT.
+ Support product positioning and competitive selling strategies, and assist in managing logistics, market share, and revenue.
+ Help identify key segment business drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities.
+ Participate in the development of business plans, identify areas of concern, and modify marketing programs to address changes in the marketplace.
+ Assist in developing and executing product education, publication, and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning and lifecycle development of products to customers.
+ Monitor emerging technologies and competitive activities.
+ Assist in planning, managing, and executing product discontinuation including development of messaging and communications strategy.
+ Build strong working relationships with regions and cross-functional teams including Labeling & Packaging, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Demand & Supply Planning, Finance, and Operations.
+ Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
+ Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
+ Liaise with other areas of the organization (e.g., production, R&D) to implement these changes.
+ Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
+ Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts.
+ Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
+ Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
+ Possess strong project management skills, with proven ability to clearly define objectives, priorities, develop project plans, and manage to deadlines.
Educations:
+ Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of related work experience with a complete understanding of the specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ MBA preferred.
+ Experience 4-5 years in Marketing
Preferred:
+ Understanding of lab or diagnostic business.
+ Experience in diagnostics, IVD, or medical devices, highly preferred.
