A forward-thinking employer in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their Innovation Teama specialized group dedicated to shaping the future of the organization through advanced research and development. Youll be working on transformative technology projects, focusing on integrating next-generation toolsincluding various AI technologiesinto the enterprise ecosystem.

Each day, you'll dive into dynamic tech landscapes, experimenting with software solutions and building seamless integrations. From developing APIs and custom connectors to leveraging open-source platforms and AI frameworks, youll play a critical role in prototyping and embedding intelligent automation across systems. While the role leans heavily on traditional front-end and back-end development, you'll have the freedom to explore and apply cutting-edge technologiesranging from vibe coding to no-code automation stacks.

This is a rare opportunity to innovate at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligencebringing bold ideas from concept to production.

This role is paying between $70 and $90 / hour

Skills and Requirements

5+ years as a Full Stack Developer in dynamic tech environments

Strong front-end expertise with React, Vue, and Tailwind CSS.

Experience working across multiple front-end frameworks for flexible solutioning

Proven experience in enterprise API integrations and connector development

Backend development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Node.js, and Python

Demonstrated experience integrating various platforms using APIs Experience integrating AI tools and platform knowledge with Zapier, Glean, Azure AI Foundry

Deep understanding on how various AI models work, including how to test/review models, including ones on Hugging Face using products like LM Studio

Passion for exploring emerging tech and applying AI to solve real-world business challenges null
