Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a client based in Houston and Dallas. Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent

5-year experience plus current certifications, such as PMP and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application support and a proven track record of success, specifically in project management and supporting business applications, such as ERP systems, data warehouses, SSRS reporting, PowerBI, and CRM

In-depth knowledge of IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)

Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge base, and configuration management tools

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Robotic Process Automation)

In-depth experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.

Experience in SQL language and database design

Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and experience with Dynamics, InEight, Coupa, Salesforce, and financial planning tools are highly preferred Certifications in Project Management, Microsoft, and ITIL are highly desired null
