Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Fiserv, your day-to-day responsibilities revolve around designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that support key business functions such as fraud detection, customer analytics, and operational efficiency. You work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding data engineers, product managers, and software developersto translate business challenges into scalable ML solutions. A typical day involves analyzing large datasets, engineering features, training and tuning models, and integrating them into production environments using MLOps best practices. You also monitor model performance, address issues like model drift, and ensure continuous improvement. Staying current with advancements in AI, including generative AI and cloud-native tools, is encouraged to drive innovation and maintain Fiservs competitive edge in the fintech space.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of experience in Python and snowflake

6+ years of experience with model building and deploying cloud solutions in AWS machine learning eco-system.

Experience in implementation enterprise grade model - data engineering, feature engineering, model training, building, deploying and tunning.

Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle of ML from algorithm selection to performance tuning

Experience integrating real-time ML OPS, model drift and deployment strategies of inferencing model

Experience in generative AI,RAG, Agentic workflows is nice to have but not required. null
