    Job Description

    Our client, a large Biopharma company in the U.S., seeks a remote Business Analyst to join their Digital Operations team. This team supports the digital functions of the larger Worldwide Research and Development organization.

     

    The selected candidate will work on various use cases focusing on data automation to/from core systems and systems within the data aggregation layer. They will collaborate closely with SMEs and the project team to understand use case requirements and translate them into comprehensive documentation. This documentation will guide both the developers and the validation team in developing, validating, and deploying the use cases. Additionally, this role involves assisting in the writing and execution of validation test scripts. There is an opportunity for the individual to transition into a more technical or administrative role.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Business Analyst with over 5 years of IT experience

     

    Proficient in gathering detailed requirements from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

     

    Experienced in writing requirements for development teams and system validations

     

    BioPharma/Biotech industry experience, including GMP systems is a plus

     

    Knowledge of system integrations and/or data aggregation

     

    Familiarity with low-code integration platforms (e.g., Boomi)

     

    Ability to create data flow diagrams

     

    Experience with basic SQL queries is a plus

     

    Excellent written communication skills

    Highly organized and responsive null
