Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Dental Assistant to work a full-time schedule in La Grange Park, IL. The schedule will be [Monday Friday] - 8AM-4:30PM. We are seeking someone who would be available from 12PM-8:30PM for 1-2 days during the week. Flexibility is key. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining dental equipment.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist dentists with all dental procedures, including surgical interventions.
Construct night guards and assist in other lab-related tasks.
Conduct patient education programs and distribute educational materials.
Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with infection control protocols.
Answer inquiries regarding dental services and procedures.

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual - [English/Spanish] - conversational Spanish, fluency is not required
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant - open to new graduates!
Strong customer service skills and attention to details Current Illinois Dental Assistant Certification null
