How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join Digital Portfolio Office (DPO) as a Program Manager. In this role, you will help drive and support
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams in support of all the activities the DPO supports: planning, continuous improvement, and product excellence
+ Assist in maintaining dashboards to track the progress of planning and development.
+ Assist as tool administrator, trainer, and troubleshooter for Enterprise shaping, planning, and development tools (Mural, Aha!, Agility with ACO assistance)
+ Identify and manage risks and issues and help develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
+ Lead continuous improvement projects, including project planning, implementation, and reporting.
+ Train and mentor team members and employee customers on our standards and ways of working
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Proven experience in managing initiatives and projects to successful completion.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to identify and manage risks and issues.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ BA/BS
+ 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, continuous improvement, or a related field with a technical slant.
+ Experience as part of a Project Management Office (PMO)
+ Knowledge of Agile processes and principles: backlog refinement, sprint planning, writing user stories, MVP, sprint demos
