    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician

    **Location:** Fort Payne, AL

    **Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

    *some required overtime at times

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Complete manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.

    + Gather, record, and analyze production information.

    + Perform repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities.

    + Oversee the use of machine control systems in manufacturing equipment.

    + Resolve manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2 years of consistent experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Consistent work history

    + Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing.

    + Ability to operate specialized machines and tools effectively.

    + Strong analytical skills to assess production data and troubleshoot issues.
