Our client, a family-owned and operated manufacturing business, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting both distributors and direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sales Representative

**Location:** PUNXSUTAWNEY, PA

**Pay Range:** Starting at $65,000.00, with potential for an annual management-discretionary bonus based on job performance.

What's the Job?

+ Communicate with customers to assist them in placing orders by identifying their product needs or aiding in creating custom orders.

+ Maintain relationships with existing accounts and seek to expand them, while fostering relationships with potential customers.

+ Understand production processes to assist in sales discussions, advise on lead times, and monitor order status.

+ Competently read and understand CAD drawings and manufacturing prints.

+ Travel to industry conventions, seminars, and customer sites as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.

+ Sales experience is highly preferred.

+ Experience in the drilling industry is preferred.

+ Ability to perform basic computer functions (word processing, e-mail) and learn to use the company’s internal software.

+ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
