Job Summary:

**_Methodist Healthcare System with Atascosa Health Center, Inc., is seeking a family medicine w/OB physician to join their practice._** Atascosa Health is a successful FQHC offering our patients services across 5 counties at our 7 locations uniquely located to serve Atascosa (45 minutes south of San Antonio, Texas) and surrounding counties.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Must be board certified or board eligible in family medicine w/OB

+ Texas medical license, or eligible for Texas licensure

+ New graduates and experienced physicians eligible

Job Details:

+ Multi-specialty practice consists of 5 physicians, 1 PAs and 12 NPs

+ Work hours are Monday-Friday

+ Currently seeing 20 to 24 patients per day

+ All demographics - more adults vs. peds

+ No hospital call – RN after hours call service is taken by NP's

+ 7 locations

+ Provide supervision of up to 4 mid-level providers

+ NextGen EMR system

+ Replacement opportunity

Qualified Candidates:
