Job Title:** **Customer Service / Materials Clerk

**Department:** Materials

**Shift:** Days (Mon.–Fri. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

**Number of Positions:** One (1)

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION (GENERAL STATEMENT)** **:

This position assists Customer Service and Material Analyst by updating and maintaining Oracle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Maintains and updates Oracle with accurate delivery performance records

+ Helps Customer Service update open order files (Excel & Oracle)

+ Maintains materials records and files, both electronic and hard copy (packing slips, ECN, NPIT, Live MRP)

+ Retrieves BOL and Packing Slips as requested by Auditors

+ Works closely with Material Analysts and Scheduling to update Schedule clean up of WIP jobs

+ Works with 3rd party logistics to track shipments

+ Performs all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)

+ Functions efficiently in high stress and fast paced environment

+ Excellent math, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

+ Self-motivated team player

+ High School diploma

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** :

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

+ Oracle or other ERP experience

+ One to Three years direct customer experience in order entry-to-ship environment
