• Business Development and Market Research Analyst

    The Opportunity

     

    As the Business Development and Market Research Analyst, you will assist with facilitating organic growth at Abt Global by collecting, monitoring, and summarizing competitor activities to support reports and analyses. This role will be part of the Market Intelligence team.

     

    This position may be fully remote (based in the US), hybrid, or onsite.

    Core Responsibilities

    + Maintain competitor tracking databases to support competitive analysis.

    + Oversee the organization and maintenance of the team’s SharePoint page.

    + Manage vendor subscriptions and coordinate with internal teams for procurement processes. Provide guidance and training to internal staff on utilizing these resources effectively.

    + Regularly update and maintain data visualization dashboards to reflect current insights.

    + Collect, monitor and summarize competitor activities to support regular reports and analyses.

    + Conduct market research to support and collaborate with business development, capture teams and the market intel team.

    What We Value

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Familiarity with SharePoint and data visualization tools is a plus.

    + Interest in government contracting, business development, or competitive intelligence.

    + Ability to work independently with general supervision, following established policies and procedures.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills for summarizing findings and coordinating with internal teams.

    This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $56,000 to $70,000 and may vary down by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
