About the role
In a GMP biopharmaceutical production operation, develop reliability programs for all utility and mechanical systems and equipment. Uses technical and operational skills to review complex preventive maintenance plans and corrective repair of buildings, utility systems, and GMP utilities like Clean Steam, WIFI, Clean Rooms, sanitization, etc. Monitors, analyzes, and resolves system and infrastructure problems of mission-critical operational systems.
What you’ll do
+ Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan for improved reliability.Based on historical operating performance, analyze and review equipment preventative maintenance tasks, identify and utilize predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies crafted to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
+ Provide technical support to the site engineering team for mechanical equipment and mechanical fixed assets (Pressure Systems Safety Laws, Condition Based Monitoring, Risk Based Inspection).
+ Work with engineering and operations teams to perform analyses of asset performance including overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, and other parameters that define operation condition, reliability, and costs.
+ Develops risk management plans that will anticipate reliability related and non-reliability related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
+ Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign and make/buy decisions.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 5+ years related GMP industry experience.
Experience with instrumentation & control, computerized maintenance management systems required. Programming with emphasis of object oriented and relational databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Must possess a thorough knowledge of the use, setup and operation of Windows-based computers and desktop applications such as MS-Word and MS-Excel.

The minimum salary for the Reliability Engineer position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Reliability Engineer position is $135,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
