The CIB COO Business Solutions and Enablement Group, in alignment with the Corporate and Investment Banking’s leadership team and COO, is a team of highly consultative professionals that drive strategy execution, business planning, internal and external executive communications, and oversight of large change initiatives across the organization.
The opportunity (Lead Business Execution Consultant) will drive the execution of the overall strategic direction of the CIB business. This role is critical to shaping and enhancing CIB’s framework, ensuring alignment with Enterprise transformation efforts, global regulations and partnering with business and functional leaders across CIB and the support functions.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with CIB businesses, bring a strategic mindset, leveraging their expertise in leading large change initiatives, regulatory change projects and business acumen to oversee projects in the front-line, drive organizational change, and consolidation efforts. This is a highly visible role requiring partnership with senior stakeholders across CIB, Technology, Risk, Control, Legal and Compliance partners to strengthen risk governance, execution, and policy adherence across global teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
+ Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
+ Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
+ Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
+ Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
+ Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
+ Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and reporting
+ 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Corporate Investment Banking
+ 5+ years of regulatory experience
+ Experience supporting large change initiatives in partnership with enterprise wide line of businesses
+ Experience with technical procedures, references, and other documentation and translating to functional document
+ Demonstrated ability to consult with key business partners and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood along with the ability to effectively partner and influence at the senior executive level
+ Experience in Corporate Investment Banking businesses
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organization
+ Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
+ Ability to work outside of regular business hours
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
