This role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Fire TV product and partner campaigns across a variety of owned and paid marketing channels.

As a key player at the intersection of innovation and storytelling, you'll support campaigns that help millions of customers discover why Fire TV is the best streaming device, making it easy to find your next favorite show, game, or movie experience. We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic marketing campaigns across our portfolio. In this role, you'll orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaigns while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and customer engagement
Key job responsibilities
• Facilitate end-to-end campaign development and execution, from strategic planning through measurement and optimization
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Media, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
• Manage campaign budgets and forecast resource needs across multiple simultaneous projects
• Partner with stakeholders to define and track success metrics and KPIs
• Support executive-level communications and presentations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and scaled solutions
A day in the life
As a Senior Program Manager at Fire TV, your days are filled with exciting challenges. You'll lead team meetings to review campaign planning, orchestrate cross-functional collaborations to launch new products/features/tentpoles, and analyze performance data to drive future initiatives. One moment you're brainstorming global strategies, the next you're coordinating with stakeholders to keep multiple campaigns on track. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
