    Qualifications

    + **Board Certified** : American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.

    + **Licensure** : Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Minnesota.

    + **Collaborative** : Effective communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

    + **Patient-Centered** : Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

    + **Passionate** : Dedicated to quality, service excellence, safety, process improvement, program development, and team building.

    + **Communication Skills** : Outstanding verbal and written communication; experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.

    + **Innovative** : Ability to foster a positive and productive environment promoting collegiality and innovation.

    + **Research-Oriented** : Willingness to engage in cardiovascular research.

    Position Description

    + **Role** : General Interventional Cardiology

    + **Call Model** : 1:6 Interventional Cardiology call rotation

    + **Compensation** : Competitive salaried position with comprehensive benefits

    Location

    + **Proximity** : 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

    + **Service Area** : Serving a regional population of 460,000

    + **Metro Population** : 125,000

    COMPENSATON

    + $754,271. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
