About the Supply Chain and Network Strategy Team: We are passionate about revolutionizing the delivery experience through innovative fulfillment solutions that enable speed. Our collaborative team combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to build and optimize our delivery network. We partner closely with Retail, Finance, Real Estate, Tech, and Operations teams to create sustainable solutions that delight customers.
A Day in the Life: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, develop optimization models, and implement strategic improvements. You'll use data-driven insights to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities while contributing to the evolution of our delivery capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement network optimization models that can answer complex and integrated problems, balancing factors such as customer coverage, quality, capacity, and cost efficiency
- Work through ambiguity to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance delivery network performance
- Manage and analyze large data sets to support data-driven business decisions and growth strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to drive delivery strategy and topology plans to execution
- Manage execution path of projects, evaluate risks and propose alternative paths if applicable
- Coordinate with field partners and other execution teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance or related fields
- 2+ years of forecasting, designing or modeling supply chain
- 2+years of corporate process improvement experience within supply chain
- MS Excel: Intermediate. V-lookups and Pivot Tables at minimum.
- SQL/Programming Language: Basic – utilize to extract, manipulate and analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
