    What you’ll do as FP&A Finance Manager

     

    + Partner with Operations and Business Development teams to develop and support strategic initiatives and opportunities for the enterprise

    + Build financial models to support operational strategies, capital planning, and long-term growth scenarios

    + Present clear, data-backed insights and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders

    + Develop and manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and reports to monitor performance, margins, labor productivity, and other operational KPIs

    + Translate operational data into actionable insights that influence strategic initiatives and improve project outcomes

    + Enhance SAC data structures and reporting capabilities in coordination with our FP&A Data and Systems Manager

    + Serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries, providing guidance and support to various stakeholders

     

    What you’ll need

     

    + To be 18 years of age or older

    + Authorization to work in the United States for this company

    + Minimum 7+ years of proven FP&A experience with a focus in operations finance and proven ability to work cross-functionalty and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    + Hands-on experience with cloud EPM solutions; SAC experience preferred

    + Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills

    + A strong desire for innovation, process improvement, automation, and ability to design scalable business solutions

    + Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
