JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Analyst will provide critical financial, operational, and strategic analysis to support market decision-making within our global operations organization. This role will assist in evaluating market opportunities, analyzing real estate investments, reviewing lease agreements, and conducting distribution network studies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial & Market Analysis:
+ Conduct a variety of financial analysis of properties, including return on investment (ROI) and cost-benefit evaluations.
+ Evaluate market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting real estate and decisions.
Data Compilation & Reporting:
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to real estate, logistics, and operational costs.
+ Develop reports, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
Lease & Real Estate Documentation Review:
+ Analyze and summarize lease agreements, contracts, and other real estate documents to assess financial and operational impact.
+ Identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities in current and future real estate investments.
Distribution Network & Logistics Support:
+ Assist in distribution network studies, including site selection, facility investments, and cost optimization strategies.
+ Support assessments of warehouse and distribution center placements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Regulatory & Industry Monitoring:
+ Track and analyze regulatory changes in real estate that may impact operations.
CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Concentration in Analytics, Logistics or Real Estate is considered a plus.
+ 3+ years of experience in real estate analysis, financial modeling, logistics, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MS suite of products).
+ Prior experience or training in project management.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience reviewing and interpreting real estate contracts, leases, and financial documents.
+ Familiarity with supply chain and distribution network analysis.
+ Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
+ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
