Our Ideal Candidate:

+ Subaru Certified Master Technician status (or close to it), with completion of Subaru's required technical training modules.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with Subaru vehicles in a dealership or high-volume shop environment.

+ Strong diagnostic skills using Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) and proficiency with the STARLINK system, CVT diagnostics, EyeSight technology, and other brand-specific systems

+ ASE Master Technician Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

+ Willing to relocate and reside in Spokane Washington

Qualifications:

+ Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

+ Experience as an at home or professional technician is required.

+ Ability to navigate technology with ease.

+ Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

+ Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

+ A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
