    As a Machining III, you would be setting up and operating Fanuc robots, roll forming, benders, crimpers and etchers.

     

    + Requires the ability to conduct and evaluate destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part

    + Be capable of running multiple machines at the same time

    + Must be capable of scheduling and prioritizing orders to meet customer demand and on-time delivery

    + Possess the ability to make minor program changes on Fanuc robotics controls

    + Able to set-up and operate all cell equipment F

    + Fanuc robotics

    + Wauseon roll forming

    + Benders

    + Crimpers

    + Etchers

    + Must be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material problems

    + Report necessary machine repair problems to maintenance

    + Be capable of making adjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary

    + Set-up machines for operate only

    Qualifications

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Previous experience in machining and troubleshooting required

    + Good math, reading and writing skills

    + Basic computer skills

    + Able to use a variety of precision measuring tools such as calipers, scales, bevel protractor, micrometers

    + Able to read blueprints and drawings

    + Able to lift 30#
