You will be working

with a cross functional team to deliver commodity strategies, lead sourcing

projects to achieve Total cost reduction and deliver a weatherproof supply

chain.

How You’ll Make anImpact

+ Leadsourcing actives and negotiations for medium / high value aerospace andindustrial type components to optimize cost opportunities and contractcoverage and undertake major contractual and price negotiations withexiting key suppliers.

+ Todevelop and deploy tailored supply chain strategies for the business unitdriving long-term improvements in Quality, Cost and Delivery performance.

+ Support internal Procurement transformationprograms.

+ Collaboratewith global Supply Chain Management, senior collaborators, and otherProcurement organizations globally for sourcing recommendations at BU andSiemens Energy Global Sourcing Board levels.

+ Reporton plans, activities and results for direct and functional managers.

+ Ensureclose partnership with Internal Customers to ensure customer care andearly involvement.

+ Fosterusage of eProcurement tools with the vision to grow standard cataloguecoverage for major equipment.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Business, or Engineering.CPM/CPSM qualified/preferred.

+ 5+years of experience in strategic sourcing/commodity management.

+ Outstandingcommunication, presentation, and collaborator coordination abilities.

+ Excellentcommercial, contractual, and project management foresight!

+ Familiaritywith component Manufacturing processes and Quality. Knowledge of workingwith a global supplier base, in a matrix environment.

+ Abilityto work in a complex, fast-changing global organizational environment!

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
