    + Busy Ford shop: Average of 2000 RO Count/Month

    + All Senior Tech’s provided their own diagnostic laptop

    + Happy with your current shop but maybe you're not getting quite enough hours – we have flexible schedules including weekend shifts available.

    + Experienced service advisors with a proven track record.

    + Paid training when applicable

    + Unlimited earning potential: overflowing customers means you can flag as many hours as you want

    + Full-time Techs flag between 200 and 250 per month

    + Leadership who is easy to work with and is always fair – a team you can count on to listen.

    Qualifications

    + Current/Prior Automotive Repair experience required

    + Manufacture Certifications preferred, but not required

    + A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

    + Professional appearance and work ethic

    + Effective interpersonal communication skills

    + High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

    + This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
