    Position: RV Parts Manager

    •Schedule: Tues-Sat, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Pay: Base + Commissions

    80 Hours PTO front-loaded on day 1

    Responsibilities: As the Parts Manager you will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department by utilizing proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing efficiencies, pricing strategies, merchandising and marketing. The Parts Manager is also responsible for managing department staff.

     

    + Administer and maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer.

    + Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty.

    + Ensure inventory is appropriate to meet customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.

    + Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules.

    + Develop an effective team through training and performance standards.

    + Responsible for the profitability of the parts department.

    + Responsible for marketing parts and accessories.

     

    ​

    Qualifications:

    + 3-5 years of RV or Automotive parts experience

    + Previous supervisory experience

    + Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals

    + Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CDK is a plus

    + ​ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of

     

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission (s) off Department Net, bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $77,964.00 to $196,688.00.

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
